Instrument function
This machine is designed and manufactured according to ISREAL Standard SI518, conforms to ASTM American Standard D3574 and ISO8307 test standards. It also meets the test method of urethane foam SES N3296 for Japanese automotive seat cushion. It is suitable for measuring the falling ball resilience of flexible polyurethane foam. The instrument can freely fall on the foam sample at a specified height by a given diameter and mass of the steel ball, and calculate the percentage of the ratio of the rebound height of the steel ball to the falling height of the steel ball, and the rebound rate to rebound. The rate indicates the rebound resilience of the foam. The machine is controlled by a microprocessor, LCD Chinese display, and can print test data. The machine is safe, reliable and has high measurement accuracy.
