Background
The fire test process emits a large amount of flue gas, which contains black smoke particles, sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, organic waste gases (VOCs), VOCs, dioxins and PM2.5. This waste gas will pollute the surrounding environment if it is discharged directly into the atmosphere without treatment.
The fire test air pollution with the characteristics of high exhaust gas temperature, testing discontinuity, low exhaust gas volume, low exhaust gas concentration and complex exhaust gas composition, in order to ensure environmental protection to meet the emission standards, the collected flue gas first passes through the pulse bag filter whose particle filtration efficiency reaches 99.99%, then enters into the UV photo-oxidation catalytic deviceand finally enters into the activated carbon adsorption tower, adsorption of remaining particles and removal of unpleasant odours, after treatment to standard by centrifugal fans sent out of the discharge port.
