Balance check:

The pressure ball is placed on the support, and the position of the load body is adjusted appropriately according to its swing, and then the load body is tightened, the pressure ball is placed on the support again, and the swing situation is observed to determine the adjustment effect.

Only in the case of balance, the pressure ball can be placed smoothly, otherwise the pressure ball will swing significantly, if detected by optical equipment, it will seriously affect the accuracy of the test results.

Test method:

Hard casing and accessories take three 80mm long casing, cut it into two pieces along the casing axis, and take one piece of each as the sample. Accessories may be made from accessories as appropriate.

Put the sample and the heat resistance tester together in the oven with a temperature of 60℃±2℃, put the sample on the plate of the heat resistance tester, place the conical object with a diameter of 5mm at the lower end on the sample, and keep it for 1h under the action of 20N pressure (for the sleeve, it should be pressed on its concave surface), and take out the sample after reaching the specified time. After cooling at room temperature, determine the indentation diameter with a vernier caliper, and its value should not be greater than 2mm, to evaluate the thermal deformation ability of the test product at the specified temperature
