Application
It is used to determine the plasticity of William's plasticity, rubber and rubber, and the recovery value (parallel plate method) of raw rubber, plain rubber and mixed rubber. The main structure of this machine is different from the general plastic machine. The main structure is based on ANSI/ASTM standard requirements and foreign advanced prototypes. It adopts high-precision temperature control and timing instrument, digital setting, display temperature value and time, beautiful appearance and convenient operation. It can be set arbitrarily in 0-100 °C, and the three-minute alarm in the machine can greatly improve the timing accuracy. It meets the requirements of GB/T 12828 "Determination of plasticity and recovery value of raw rubber and rubber compound".

Main mechanism and working principle
The machine consists of an incubator, a lifting mechanism, a pressure weight component, a thermostat controller, and a timing alarm.
1, The weight component and the working platform are installed in the incubator, and the pressurizing weight lifting mechanism is controlled. When the hand is moved, the cam can be operated to slide the pressing weight up and down in the axial direction. The dial indicator is fixed on the top bracket and measures the displacement of the weight due to the deformation of the specimen.
2, Thermostat controller
The thermostat controller consists of an electric heater, a platinum thermal resistance, a rise/temperature switch, and a digital temperature display regulator.
3, Timing alarm
The imported timing integrated circuit is adopted, which has the advantages of compact structure, high reliability, and low power consumption. After 3 minutes of the specified time of the test, the timer is automatically stopped, the weight is lifted, the timer is automatically reset, and the operation can be performed at any time.
