Features

Both the electric control device and the electric heater adopt explosion-proof design, and the explosion-proof grade is Ex DIIBT4.
The process structure of the vaporizer is sturdy and durable, and has anti-corrosion properties.
The electric control box and the vaporizer are installed separately, which is convenient and practical.
The detection pressure of the vaporizer is 3.3MPa (33kg/cm2), and the safety rated pressure is: 1.76MPa (17.6kg/cm2).
The explosion-proof solenoid valve automatically closes when the gas outlet passes through the liquid.
The safety relief valve can automatically discharge the overpressure gas and then automatically close it.
The secondary electronic thermostat can automatically adjust the water temperature of 50-70 degrees, and the air supply is stable.
