Test principles
According to EN14764:2005 , ISO4210-2014
Application Of Bicycle/Bike Wheel Holding Force Disengagement Tester
Fasten the wheel to the frame and fork with nuts, test the front wheel clamping force by applying a force of 500N symmetrically on both sides of the front axle in the direction of front wheel disassembly, and hold for 30s to check the relative displacement between the front axle and the fork. To test the rear wheel clamping force, apply a force of 1000N symmetrically on both sides of the rear axle in the direction of the rear wheel disassembly and hold for 30s to check the relative displacement between the rear axle and the frame.
