Description
High temperature ashing furnace is used for special baking process, it can be used for aging test of electronic components, plastic chemical products, preheating of tools and iron, quenching, burning, stewing, annealing, ashing test, scouring and other high heat treatment tests, etc.
Features
1. Energy-saving: After the temperature rises to the set temperature, the PID intelligent thermostat automatically enters the
energy-saving state and shuts down most of the heating power to effectively control the power loss; and the longer the one-time startup time, the more prominent the energy-saving, which is a product in the same industry about one-tenth of the energy consumption.
2. The test result is: the power consumption can be reduced by about 80%~90% in the energy saving stage)

FAQ
A. What is a muffle furnace vs normal furnace?

Meaning, if you have to replace your system after May 1, you would no longer have an 80% efficient option.
