Product Feature
1, The 2-channel pneumatic closed-loop single-chip microcomputer control system developed by the factory can optionally control the output force or displacement mode of the cylinder, and the optional two-channel cylinder to do synchronous or asynchronous working mode according to the timing.
2, In the selection of cylinder output force control mode, the force is closed-loop control.
That is, the delay is triggered only when the current value of the loading force reaches 95% of the set value (which can be modified in the background), and the current value can be kept within ±3% of the set value (the standard requirement is ±5%).
3, In the mode of selecting the cylinder output position, the displacement is controlled by moving a magnetic sensor attached to the cylinder surface.
4, Touch screen input test parameters and output test results, real-time display and track each section of force ~ time values and curves.
5. The system has low pressure detection and breakpoint stop function, stop and power memory function.
