Application of lab testing equipment:
It is used for the mechanical property test of non-metallic materials such as rubber, plastic, wire and cable, textile, waterproof materials, non-woven fabrics and metal wires, metal foils, metal plates and metal bars. It is also suitable for the tensile, compression, peeling, shear and tear tests of various finished products with special clamps to judge the product quality.
It can store the results of 10 test reference points, automatically calculate their average value, automatically grab the maximum value, and the force value when breaking. The force value is output by the sensor, fed back to the display, and the test displacement is displayed in real time. It can realize the test of force setting value, positioning displacement, etc.
The machine includes a thermal printer, which can automatically output test results.
The machine has simple structure and convenient operation, and can be directly placed on the floor of the working room for testing. It is especially suitable for testing instruments used in production line to control product quality. This series of models are mainly applicable to the test of non-metallic and metal materials with test load less than 5000N.
