Application

This instrument is mainly used for test the proformance of rides at the speed of toys 2m / s to strike 50x50mm obstruct. The machine simulation children riding tricycle operation state, put on the load on the sample and use 2 m/s speed to strike a piece of 50 x50mm obstacles block.After testing to check sample structure and performance if are in good condition or not

 

Test Principle

A load is secured to the toy, and articulated arms with the elbow joints in a downward position are attached to the steering wheel or handlebars if the toy is so equipped. The toy is driven three times into a non-resilient step.
