Usage

 

Shoelace Rubbing Resistant Tester is suitable for all shoelaces wear resistance tests. Through the reciprocating motion of the movable gripper, the two shoelaces that cross each other horizontally are rubbed against each other to check the wear resistance. Four groups of samples can be tested at the same time without interfering with each other.

Application

 

The shoelace installation method is as follows: take two shoelaces, hook the middle section to form the right one and the left one, and use the machine's right clamp (moving clamp) to clamp the two ends of the right belt naturally. The distance is 25MM, with the help of the sample gauge, make the right belt hook the left belt at 52.2°, the hook point is 120MM away from the coming point, and then clamp one end of the left belt with the left clamp (fixed clamp), and put the other end in the groove of the pulley , and suspend the weight below, the natural distance between the pinch point and the wheel groove is 35±5MM. During the test, the movable clamp reciprocates in a straight line from left to right at a constant speed, so that the middle sections of the two shoelaces rub against each other.
