Product Description

SL-F08 Wrinkle Recovery Performance Tester

Use
The wrinkle recovery performance tester and the load device can detect the recovery of the fabric. According to the specific test method (BS, ISO, AATCC), after the fabric is pressed under a certain load device for a certain time, the fabric is released and transferred to the sample. The clip allows the fabric to freely recover and record the recovery angle.

Annex
The instrument is available in a full 5" x 3" plastic panel for easy rating (Level 1-5).
AATCC wrinkle recovery tester plastic plate (5 / set).

Technical Parameters
Size: 150*150*330mm.
The instrument determines the recovery performance of the sample against horizontal creases by measuring the wrinkle recovery angle.
The instrument is particularly suitable for fabric types that are prone to creases, such as cellulose and other woven fabrics. It is necessary to measure the wrinkle recovery of these fabrics. A large number of wrinkle recovery angles can indicate the fabric's ability to recover from wrinkles.
A load-bearing device applies a special pressure to the folded sample to form a crease. A paper towel is placed between the samples to prevent the sample from sticking together under pressure. After taking the paper towel, the sample is restored to a specific one. After the time is measured the wrinkle recovery angle.
The combination of a precise rotary ruler and a ruler makes it easy to measure the wrinkle recovery angle, avoiding errors due to parallax. Two sets of load-bearing devices that meet different standards can be provided. Two templates can be provided for different sample sizes.
