This instrument is used to test the anti-crack index of the upper, various thin leather and leather surface.

 

Principle

The instrument pushes the steel ball up from the inner side of the leather at a speed of 12 +/- 2 mm/min. When the leather surface is cracked, the height of the rise is the crack value.
