Refrigeration system
- The original French Taikang industrial low-temperature compressor, characterized by large cooling capacity, low noise, low energy consumption, high efficiency, long-term stable operation.
- Cooling method using air-cooled refrigeration, a full range of imported environmentally friendly refrigerant R404A.
- The use of imported dry filter, imported solenoid valves and other refrigeration accessories.
- Condenser with air-cooled, with cooling motor device.
- Refrigeration evaporator: the use of finned evaporator, which is higher than the average evaporator heat transfer efficiency of 30%, with beautiful, compact, fast heat transfer and other advantages.
- Refrigeration process:
- The use of high-quality oxygen-free copper tube, nitrogen welding, high pressure and anti-leakage process to ensure the quality of welding;
- Pipeline length, inclination, slope and direction are strictly calculated to achieve the best cooling effect;
- Thread welding using high-quality silver electrode, the whole system piping are nitrogen pressure 48H leak detection test, put an end to the possibility of leakage of the system refrigerant.
